Brad Childress plans to meet with Favre at the end of this week, supposedly to discuss playing with the Vikings. I agree with the people who say this is a good idea. Sit down with him, get his perspective on the whole thing so we can put this thing to rest. The rest of the NFL does not want to continue to hear about Favre...it is becoming an annual nightmare! I also heard the Vikes would make him attend off season workouts...something he doesn't like. But I think he needs to and it would show good faith on his part.
They meet tonight for dinner but the real talks start tomorrow. I'm on board. I think it will sell tickets and and it would just be great if we stuck it to the cheese heads.
